Cancellation Policy

Bookofare believes in openness and fair dealing, thus during hassle-free airline reservations, we send an invoice that includes the low tickets, appropriate taxes, shopping charges, and cost of additional services. This ensures that you understand exactly what the airlines are paying for in the event of a flight cancellation or refund.

The following are some of the items that Bookofare wants to know when making trouble free flight cancellations and refunds:

  • Customers can only get full refunds if their flight ticket is refundable. As a result, Bookofare recommends that you read all of the terms and conditions of each airline before booking a flight.
  • Additional costs, like taxes and other fees, are influenced by the government and are either included in your flight rate or itemized on checkout pages to show you the true cost of your journey.
  • If your ticket is refundable, Bookofare customer assistance will charge you an additional cost for any airline ticket cancellations.
  • Allows you to cancel the current flight tickets without incurring additional fees if done within twenty-four hours of the original purchase. Visitors can contact the specially trained staff with any inquiries or issues about bookings, cancellations, refunds, and so forth.
  • A refund request will be considered if the cancellation and refunds were done using Bookofare and the airline accepts it.
  • Customers who do not arrive before the scheduled flight time will not be eligible for any reimbursements.
  • Airlines have complete authority to apply a penalty on refunded fares in the event of a cancellation.
  • Bookofare is not liable for any tax fluctuations that occur while booking flight reservations. A non-refundable fee will be imposed for each ticket, which has been indicated as the real ticket price.
  • If your journey requires the issuance of printed tickets, only handling and shipping expenses will be charged.

Cancellation and Refunds

The air travel route is meant to change if the airline fare rules allow it, and you may be required to pay a flight change fee paid by the airline, which ranges between $200 and $500 per flight ticket. The rate may change depending on the airline, the market, and the individual fare rules.

Bookofare's cancellation and refund policy excludes Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs). It means that any flight booked through an LCC is non-refundable, even if cancelled within twenty-four hours of purchase.
